Over this 6 week period we will explore meditation as a practice that enriches our lives and reduces negative stress. We will clarify common misunderstandings about meditation and learn to tune into ourselves and our bodies. We will explore different types of meditation and learn the foundations of setting up a home practice using the tools that we learn over this series.
Fridays at 5:30pm – 6:15pm:

Apr 5, 12, 26 (no class on 19th).
OPTION 1 (BEST): PRE-REGISTER (spot secured) for $65 +HST – includes 6 sessions, informative handouts, and 20% DISCOUNT for meditation props (discount expires after last class).
OPTION 2: POSSIBLE DROP-INs (filling possible open spots) using 5 or 10 class BODHI YOGA PASSES if sessions are not sold out, or a registrant is away that week – first come, first served – *no handouts or discount included*.
Meditation equipment you’d need is free to use (blankets, bolsters, cork blocks).
Minimum of 5 registrants required; maximum of 20 registrants.
