Bodhi Wellness is happy to host Angela Stewart’s (Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher) Chair Yoga Classes again and again! See registration details below.

This class series is the perfect way for anyone to get the benefits of yoga while remaining in a chair. The only prerequisites are that you can breath and sit upright in a chair. It’s perfect for anyone, but makes yoga accessible for seniors, people with disabilities, anyone who is dealing with inactivity, bountiful bodies, fatigue, arthritis, chronic pain, office work, and frequent commuting.

The benefits of Chair Yoga are improved strength, flexibility, proprioception, stress management and pain management, and mental clarity.

Dress comfortably. Shoes not recommended, but wear them if you wish.

Scheduled Days:
Tuesdays at 10:30am – 11:30am:
October 2, 9, 16, 23.

Details:

$50 (taxes included) includes 4 classes, and any equipment required (ex., chairs).
Maximum of 12 registrants.
This class series prefers pre-registration before end of day Friday, Oct 28.
Pre-register in person at the Bodhi Wellness Centre or via e-mail info@physiobodhi.com.
Registration is confirmed upon payment.
Registration closes once the first class begins.
Cancellation of registration is $5. No refunds after first class starts.
