This class series (guided by Angela Stewart) is the perfect way for anyone to get the benefits of yoga while remaining in a chair. The only prerequisites are that you can breath and sit upright in a chair. It’s perfect for anyone, but makes yoga accessible for seniors, people with disabilities, anyone who is dealing with inactivity, bountiful bodies, fatigue, arthritis, chronic pain, office work, and frequent commuting.
The benefits of Chair Yoga are improved strength, flexibility, proprioception, stress management and pain management, and mental clarity.
Dress comfortably. Shoes not recommended, but wear them if you wish.

Cancellation of registration is $5. No refunds after first class starts.
