In this 6 week series with Brittany Lamont you will learn the foundations of yoga asana (physical practice), breath, and movement into flow. Breaking down the practice into alignment and presence you will set the foundation for confidently joining into any yoga class on the regular schedule. For beginners or those looking to refine their practice.

Yoga equipment you’d need for a class is free to use; only 5 mats – first come, first served – or purchase a BMAT from our studio.
Minimum of 6 registrants required; maximum of 17 registrants.
